Thornton residents have learned that meetings have been arranged as follows.

1 Botcheston Village Watch Trust (BVWT) is holding a village meeting on Monday August 10 at 7.30 pm to discuss matters relating to possible land purchase and developments. It is expected that local Councillors and representatives of Hincky Borough Councl will be present.

2 We also hear that a meetig is to take place at Bagworth Community Center on Thursday August 13 to discuss possible housing plans. It is understood that this meeting has been arranged in conjunction with the Parish Council and local Councillors.
